- Type is chosen for aesthetics but also readability.
- Design is simple to understand for someone glancing at it, walking past, or driving by.
- Brand colors are “true,” not a variance of hues that cause confusion or lack of recognition.
- If the graphic will be placed high or at an angle, the keystone effect and distortion must be considered.
- If the graphic will be viewed from both front and back – or many angles – the design must accommodate that.
- Materials must be chosen for weather and lighting conditions.
- Adhesives must be able to stand up to temperature and moisture ranges.
- If the item will be abraded, walked on, rubbed against, touched or subjected to other issues– such as fabric that flaps in the wind – then we must choose the proper substrates, inks, and adhesives for the environment.
- If the item requires professional installation, we often pick tried-and-true brands for our materials so the installer can support or issue a guarantee.
- If we are working with wood, glass, metal, or industrial materials, we incorporate our decades of screen-printing experience to fabricate the best solution.
